Authentic Relating Training, International teaches a conversation format based on a set of 5 practices. This unique way to communicate with those you care most about, can lead to conflict transformation versus conflict resolution. This program took four years to complete and required mentored / supervised practicum hours which I completed in the United States and Europe. Throughout this practicum, I worked with clients across 6 different time zones.
I have integrated my formal education and professional knowledge with Authentic Relating. It has been an essential part of my work with couples, children, and families.

ICF and The American Council on Exercise (ACE as mentioned above) have developed an in-depth specialist certification course in partnership with one another. This is designed for CPTs who want to become experts at helping their clients make long lasting changes in their life. This increases the chance of success when implementing skills during physical and emotional coaching.

Independently certified through Barre Intensity, which is an international barre training company that provides a thorough education on form and class structure. The main focus of the Barre Intensity technique is combining high energy choreography so your heart rate is up, while providing intense small movements, which push your muscles to their limits.

Mollie Bernie, M.A. is a former licensed therapist (LPCC) and now practices as a clinical coach. She facilitates a weekly group supervision hour in which professionals are able to tap into the collective wisdom across several specialties. Peer review groups also ensure clients receive research based, clinically utilized, and ethical treatment from their provider.

Dr. Marisa Crandall, PHD defines her job as helping clients develop an intentional guidance system so that they can make confident choices and decisions for themselves and their children. She has worked with families for nearly 30 years and has a PHD in Clinical Developmental Psychology.
When needed, I turn to Dr. Crandall for experienced guidance and a possible alternate perspective. This can help refine the direction I am going with clients, or offer alternative possibilities.
